1. Psychotic Operator
Founded by the same guys behind Monster and Beer is this vibrant wine bar called Psychotic Operator in Taman Paramount that opened earlier this year.
Unlike other typical wine bars, this place has a relaxed, quirky ambience, making it a great spot for a casual date or hangout with friends. House pours at happy hour prices are available that are just slightly more than the price of a coffee.

2. Cellar Eighteen
This wine bar in Tropicana Avenue is quite a gem! There’s Western food available downstairs with an array of drinks, including wine, liquor, and soju. Don’t be deceived by the looks of this place in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, which might appear as a wine shop on the outside. With dim lights and soft jazz playing in the background, this bar is ideal especially for those who enjoy a quiet or intimate evening with a loved one.
