At 7.56am Saturday, 19 December, the driver of a car hit a motorcycle rider after cutting into the left lane, according to a dashcam footage
The accident happened on the KESAS Highway
After hitting the motorcyclist, the car then lost control and collided against the parapet wall.
The impact caused the car to turn and skid for several metres before it came to a stop in the middle of the highway as another vehicle behind it slowed down to avoid crashing into it.
Meanwhile, the rider, who was thrown off, was seen tumbling along the highway as the rider’s motorcycle skids across the lanes
At the end of the dashcam footage, the rider can be seen getting up and limp towards the other end.
It is not yet clear if the driver of the car suffered any injuries.
