TTS Lake Villa is an open-container homestay in Semenyih with an abundance of facilities and amenities to keep you entertained while away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Though not far away from civilisation, the entrance to the villa is like a scene from a movie, spacious and grand for the perfect weekend getaway.
Three of the four bedrooms contain one queen-sized bed, and two single beds.
The fourth bedroom has six single beds, each distributed in a dormitory-styled layout with three pairs of bunk beds aligned laterally.
All the bedrooms have a designated en suite bathroom. There are also water heaters in each bathroom if you need a break from the cool surroundings. As for the basic bathroom amenities, each guest will be provided one towel each.
Clean and crisp, the interior layout is tastefully done with dark tones and contemporary pieces which elevate the comfy quarters in the forest to a pristine and sophisticated locale.
Every inch of this structure is permissible to the eye upon entry, though none come close to the swimming pool.
The saltwater swimming pool is a whopping 0.9 metres deep, so be sure to keep supervision on little children, and bring floaties if necessary for those who can’t swim.
Need a little buzz? Head to the extreme end of the pool and activate the jets for a special jacuzzi feature.
If all these pool features aren’t enough, request for the colourful bounce house to be provided during your stay and get ‘wet n’ wild’.
With an open-living concept encapsulating the entire homestay, the pool, dining room, kitchen, and living space are just adjoining one another.
The living space is done up with classic wooden fixtures from the sofa frame, coffee table, and even the television stand. With a decent-sized television and surround-sound speaker system, the addition of a karaoke set seems fitting for those who want to sing their hearts out.
There’s even a porch swing right next to the main living area for you to take a load off and catch some views of the vast greenery.
The layout of the kitchen will diversify your seating and dining options. With the kitchen countertop just opposite the island, there’s also a fridge if you need to store leftovers for later.
A hot pot stove is also available if you want to organise a steamboat dinner for your loved ones instead of cooking a full-course meal.
Equipped with a dining table that seats 10, the kitchen island is an arm’s length away, so you can cook up a storm and still have space to eat comfortably.
There’s even a barbecue pit at the extreme right of the villa, complete with charcoal and a fire starter to ease your troubles.
User-friendly with its simple display, throw some sausages on the barbie and dine under the breezy skies.
While the homestay ensures complete privacy, shops and restaurants are a five-minute drive away from the villa, so you can pick up some extra ingredients or eat out if you don’t feel like cooking.
A balcony with log stools are located just above the dining area, overlooking the scenic Broga surroundings and its natural beauty.
There’s even a decent-sized private lake on the grounds if you wanna brush up on your fishing skills.
Outside of the villa, the well-known Broga Hill hiking track is in close proximity, while the Sungai Tekala waterfall is a 30-minute drive away if the saltwater swimming pool doesn’t curb your aquatic enthusiasm.
But if you’re not the adventurous kind, kick back and watch dawn turn to dusk, and the decorative light features illuminate the entirety of this 13,000 square foot escape.
