The Ministry of Health (MOH) announced 6,075 new COVID-19 cases today, 19 May
Previously, the highest number of COVID-19 cases reported in a day in Malaysia was 5,728 on 30 January.
The total number of COVID-19 cases reported in Malaysia to date is now 485,496.

Upon recording 2,251 new cases, Selangor sits at the top of the list of states with the highest number of daily cases
This is followed by Johor with 699 infections and Kuala Lumpur with 660 cases.
