In an accident that happened earlier today, 25 April, a woman was killed after her Myvi was t-boned by a Hilux at a traffic junction in Muar
In the fatal accident, the Myvi is seen slowing moving ahead as the traffic light is turned green, however, before it could cross the intersection, a Hilux — coming from the right — t-bones the white coloured Myvi.
The accident was captured on the dashcam of another vehicle that was waiting at the junction.
The crash threw off both the vehicles with the Hilux turning turtle
The Hilux also crashed into multiple other vehicles after t-boning the Myvi.
The woman was driving with her child, who is seriously injured
According to Media Prima Berhad journalist Mohd Redzuan Abdul Manap on Twitter, the mother died at the scene, while her child has been sent to a hospital.
The accident happened at around 7.40am today. As of this writing, there’s no further update.
