As its name suggests, FootGolf is basically individual players kicking a ball into several different holes with the occasional obstacles. It’s like playing golf, except you’re using a much bigger ball and your legs to aim and kick.

FootGolf Malaysia has two outlets: one in Bukit Jelutong Golf Centre, Shah Alam and another in The Els Club Desaru Coast, Johor.

The Bukit Jelutong outlet is stretched out across 30 acres of land and was previously used as a regular golf course before FootGolf Malaysia took over.

There’s also Disc Golf available, where players can throw a flying disc at a pin or elevated basket.

A maximum of five players are allowed per session.

You can keep score on a point sheet that will be provided. Or you can just aim and kick for fun.

It’s a total workout but an extremely fun activity, especially for anyone who just wants to release some stress. 😀
