Not to mention, after hours of scrolling and finally narrowing down rental listings within your budget, you need to head to each property in person to have a proper look and decide whether it’s worth the price.
With all the fake or duplicate listings out there, the last thing you want is to end up in a place below your expectations.
And after all that, if you’re still not happy with what you see in person, then you’re back to square one. All that time and money spent travelling looking at rental homes wasted, ughh T.T
This all-in-one platform offers a fully digital renting experience, where you won’t even have to travel to visit your desired rental. Everything is done online, from searching for properties and booking, to paying your monthly rent and managing your home, wah! It’s an experience like no other. 😉
Watch the video below to find out how you can use the virtual tour for yourself:
Through the virtual tour, you’ll be able to navigate from room to room, and zoom in and out so you can get a clearer picture of the unit.
Or, you can even schedule a free live viewing session via Zoom or Google Hangouts with the Instahome team, and they’ll guide you through the virtual tour online, yay! Check out the video below to see how it’s done:
With their 150-point inspection checklist, every home listed on their site is checked and verified by the Instahome team. They even make it a point to update their virtual tour videos, photographs, and check the unit on a regular basis, so what you see is what you get.
Be it through WhatsApp video call or FaceTime, this feature can be incredibly useful when certain properties do not allow physical viewing, or if you’re in a different state. They will show you every crevice of the property from top to bottom, so you can make an informed decision from the comfort of home.
Here’s how you can book a rental with Instahome:
STEP 1: Submit your IC, passport, and Visa documents to book your preferred rental. If you are a student, you will be asked for your offer letter or student ID.
STEP 2: Wait for the landlord to accept your booking within 48 hours.
STEP 3: Once the landlord confirms your booking, sign the digital tenancy agreement and pay your advance rental, security deposit, and utility deposit through Instahome.
When you’re ready to move in, Instahome will check your home up to three times as a precaution. And, when it comes to maintaining your home, you can use Instahome to find maintenance providers, be it for aircond repairs, plumbing issues, and cleaning services.
All you have to do is fill in the enquiry form here to qualify for the discount. If you’re looking to rent a full unit, you’ll get a RM500 discount, or if you’re looking for a room for rent, you’ll get a RM200 discount.
