Once the item has arrived at the destined airport, Firefly will send an SMS to the recipient to let them know when it has arrived, so they may collect the item from the airport! It’s that simple 😉
For each individual parcel, the minimum weight should be 2kg, while the maximum weight should not exceed 30kg. Additionally, if you’re sending multiple parcels, the total weight of all the packages can be up to 100kg.
If you want to send more then 100kg as a bulk shipment, all you have to do is contact them and they’ll get back to you with further arrangements!
