According to the statement, MySejahtera has now fixed the issue.
“All incorrect HSOs have been deleted, and incorrect PUS status reverted,” the statement read.
She has reached out to the MySejahtera help desk for assistance but has not heard back yet.
Alyssa shared that she has tried logging out and signing back in only to still see the PUS status.
According to her, the same issue is being faced by her mother and a friend’s mother.
As of this writing, there has been no further statement from the MOH and MySejahtera.
Additionally, no explanation has been offered in the initial statement about what caused the error.
