The police chief said no criminal element was found in early investigations and the case has been classified as sudden death
“Investigations found the victim has a history of diabetes and high blood pressure, and he has received two doses of the vaccine before this,” Sazalee said.
“Besides that, further examination found that the victim had previously been infected with COVID-19 on 28 August and recovered after undergoing quarantine for 14 days.”
He added that the body was sent to a hospital for an autopsy to determine the victim’s cause of death.
