The last time the father raped his daughter was in June this year.
The man, who is said to be in his 40s, has reportedly confessed to the sexual crimes he committed against his biological daughter.
The victim was forced to obey her father regardless of the time of day or night, especially when her mother was out working or sleeping.
The teenager, however, kept the ordeal to herself as she feared that her father would take out his anger on her siblings, according to a report in Harian Metro yesterday, 14 October.
He would shove various objects including a milk bottle into her private parts.
It was reported that both mother and the daughter kept quiet due to his hot temper.
“Just like the daughter, the wife refused to tell anyone about the incident because she was worried that her husband would take out his anger on the children,” the report quoted an unnamed source as saying.
She claimed that, shortly after she gave birth to their youngest child three years ago, her husband often forcefully inserted the children’s milk bottles and other objects into her private parts.
The mother, having grown tired of suffering in silence, confided in her daughter, without realising what her husband has been doing to their daughter behind her back.
The daughter then, after listening to her mother, shared her own traumatic experiences at the hands of the father.
Following which, the mother asked her relatives to help her lodge a police report on Thursday.
A preliminary investigation has found that the father first raped the teenage daughter one night in December last year while the victim was sleeping.
Since then, the victim claimed to have been raped six times, with the most recent in June.
His urine test came back negative for drugs.
According to Kedah police chief Datuk Kamarul Zaman Mamat, he is remanded for three days.
Meanwhile, the mother and the daughter will be referred for counselling.
