Here’s An Easy Recipe To Make MILO Mochi With A Microwave

If yes, then TikTok content creator and food lover @audreysaurus explains that this MILO mochi recipe tastes similar to that, except less dry.

– 60g glutinous rice flour, or mochiko
– 30g sugar
– 100ml water
– 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
– 1 tsp sugar
– 1 tbsp MILO
– Corn starch or potato starch

She explains that the reason this is done is so that it’s easier to wrap the filling in the mochi later on. However, they do not need to become completely frozen.

Take it out of the microwave and give it a stir.

Repeat this process for another one minute, 30 seconds, and 30 seconds, each time removing and stirring before putting it back into the microwave.

Optionally, if you don’t have a microwave, she shares that you can just steam the mochi for around 15 minutes instead.
