A burger hawker in Kelantan recently took to Facebook to share that he was fined RM50,000 while manning a stall outside of his house
The man who goes by the name Faisal Burger on Facebook wrote, “A test this fasting month. Was selling burgers in front of the stairs to my house. Around 11pm, the police arrived. Was fined RM50,000 for selling burgers. May my family and I be blessed. There’s a silver lining behind this. I only sell burgers to pay monthly bills.”

All districts in Kelantan are currently under MCO until 29 April
According to Bernama, Ismail Sabri previously said that the MCO was being implemented to ensure the movement of residents in the localities could be better controlled to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection to other areas.
This came after the Ministry of Health (MOH) recorded an 83.9% increase in COVID-19 cases within several areas in Kelantan.
