A mum recently shared a life-changing cooking hack on how to remove chicken tendons – the long, chewy white strips found underneath chicken breasts
Although you can slice it off with a knife, TikToker @raising_krazies shared a less tedious way to remove it with just a fork and paper towel.
Her video has been viewed over 4.1 million times and received over 670,000 likes since.

Using the simple hack, all you need to do is grab the tendon and slip it between a fork then pull it through – and that’s it!
You immediately get a good slab of meat – without the annoying white tendon.
She explains that she uses a paper towel to grip one end of the tendon because it might be too slippery to hold on to.
