Pop Meals, the latest quick service food brand in Malaysia has recently opened a new concept store at D’Pulze Mall in Cyberjaya last week. The new store is offering meals ranging from local to western food at under RM15 each.
According to the brand, customers can use the Pop Meals mobile app to order meals and dine-in at the store, or to arrange a takeout or delivery. These orders are then referred to by the brand’s team to identify the most popular meals in Malaysia which would then be featured at the concept store.
The brand’s communications manager Nurul Jamaludin says that it has been blending customer suggestions and order data to continuously innovate on its menu and showcase it through its “Top Hits” chart system. The latter is featured and regularly updated on the Pop Meals official website and mobile app.
Jamaludin added that the brand is planning to open more concept stores in Klang Valley first, and then expand further across the nation in 2021. Pop Meals is also planning on a regional Southeast Asian debut sometime in the near future.
