Shhhbuuuleee opened in December and has already been gaining quite a bit of attention.
Sharing a space with the bookstore located on the highest floor of REXKL, the restaurant offers dishes like grilled octopus with fermented chilli and mustard seeds, cold mee suah in a shao xing and shiitake broth, tofu with soy cured yolk and herbs, steak with tarragon kosho and pickles, and braised tripe and tendon in fu yu broth, among others.
The beverage menu includes sake, shochu, whisky, highballs, and natural wines. Great drinks for an evening of unwinding. 😉
