A recent survey conducted by Dateworks with its clients and social media followers revealed that 85% of singles are ready to meet physically, prompting the matchmaking agency to launch private dating rooms.
According to Dateworks CEO Joanne Ng, although meeting with masks on and social distancing may feel awkward, it does set the stage for singles to show mutual consideration and thoughtful boundaries.
“Our focus is to ensure that singles have a safe space to meet in-person, as many singles have put their relationship goals on hold for more than a year. Many people did not date or meet new partners at all over the past year due to concerns for their safety.
“Many singles are emerging from the pandemic craving more interaction than ever before but feeling woefully out of practice,” said Joanne.
Stringent SOPs like compulsory masking, maintaining a safe physical distance, and checking of MySejahtera digital certificate will be implemented
“Fully vaccinated singles, who are worried about meeting new people at public spaces will now have a safe and private space to meet,” added Joanne.
What’s unique about Dateworks is that they provide 100% verified profiles to match from, giving clients a personal, safe, and secure platform to find a potential long-term relationship
