In the current situation, many government bodies are working on an appointment basis or within limited hours
This indirectly makes it difficult for us to complete important things that need to be done. To the borrowers who are not sure how to contact PTPTN during this time apart from coming to the counter, PTPTN has a solution.
Having heard and understood their borrowers’ concerns, PTPTN came up with #PTPTNSediaBantu, which was created to ensure all borrowers are able to contact them through various channels if they have any questions related to loan repayment

2. Live Chat Agent – Live chat on the PTPTN Official Portal by simply clicking on the Live Chat icon. This service operates from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
3. e-Aduan Officer – You may direct your complaints and inquiries to the e-Aduan channel on the PTPTN Official Portal. An e-Aduan Officer will get back to you within seven working days from the date the complete complaint is received.
4. Marketing Executive – Depending on which state you’re in, there are different PTPTN Marketing Executives you can contact. The list of officers’ phone numbers can be found here.
5. Social Media Officer – You can contact PTPTN via their official social media accounts: Facebook | Instagram | Twitter
Besides those virtual methods, you can still go to a PTPTN counter in person if necessary, but you’ll have to make an appointment first via e-JanjiTemu
If you intend to deal face-to-face at a PTPTN counter or your nearest PTPTN state office or branch, make an e-JanjiTemu reservation in advance to get an appointment date.
Here’s how:
– Browse e-JanjiTemu according to the slot you want to book.
– Complete the appointment details, personal information, and make a confirmation.
– Make sure you book an appointment at least one day before the appointment date
At the counters, you’ll have to follow all SOPs. Remember to practise social distancing and wear a face mask at all times.
You’ll also need to be healthy and not display any symptoms, as well as attend your appointment punctually on the given date and time.

That being said, to curb the spread of COVID-19, borrowers are encouraged to carry out their business by contacting the PTPTN frontliners virtually via the aforementioned methods instead.
Additionally, those in Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) areas are not allowed to go to PTPTN counters in person. If absolutely necessary, permission must be obtained from the relevant authorities first, in accordance with the current SOPs.
