As hospitals are being filled up throughout the country following the spike in COVID-19 cases, the government is considering other options
The MOH official Twitter account wrote that they are mulling over two particular solutions: one is to quarantine positive patients at home, depending on the condition of their living space and the other alternative is to quarantine asymptomatic patients and those who are mildly symptomatic at work hostels.
However, MOH stressed that as of now, the ministry’s health facilities are still able to accommodate the surge of patients.
Kemungkinan yang sedang dikaji KKM.1. Kuarantin pesakit positif di rumah. Namun bergantung keadaan tempat tinggal pesakit. 2. Kuarantin pesakit tak bergejala dan bergejala ringan di asrama pekerja. Setakat ini, fasiliti kesihatan KKM dan PKRC masih mampu menampung pesakit. pic.twitter.com/WezINOkE1E
